How should I budget for custom window treatments?
We’ve found that if customers budget approximately 1% of their overall home value on window treatments, they can usually get some quality window treatments that match the quality of their new home. For more luxury items like motorization and custom drapery, you will need to increase that budget, but this may help wrap your mind around the value of a quality window treatment vs buying something ready made off of the shelf that won’t fit correctly and has poor function.
How long will my window treatments take?
Depending on the product you are seeking, the time frame will change.

Blinds and shades can come as quickly as 3-4 weeks.

Draperies, outdoor treatments, and roman shades typically take 6-8 weeks.

Standard size shutters can come as quickly as 4-6 weeks but specialty shutters will take more time.

I'm in a rush, is there any way to speed up the process?
We know it’s tempting to have your beautiful home completed right away, but we have plenty of customers who budget for what they really want and only do one room at a time. Additionally, we offer temporary paper shades (these can be opened and closed) that start at only $5 per unit. This can give you some privacy while you wait. For additional fees certain products can also be rushed to meet your timeline. Contact us here with specific details of your project so we can see if we can meet your needs.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Yes! For a small fee of $10 per yard to offset the cost of doing business, we will be happy to use your fabrics.
Will you do alterations to my existing window treatments?
Yes! Panel hems start at $50 per fabric width. Contact us for other alteration quotes or set up an in home consultation to discuss the details of your project.
Will you install products that we purchased online?
Yes! We do hourly service calls and installations starting at $120 per hour with a two hour minimum.
Do you service outside of the NWA area?
Yes! We love to travel! Contact us for more details on your specific project.
